Windy ride……

Today was very windy but as Kenny needed to start his macavalanche training and haven’t been on my bike for a month we thought we had better start out training programme. There was a strong head wind and it was very hard going on wet trails. When we got to the nearly the top of the hill at the start of the smugglers flight single track we decided to head down. A great bit of track and then the field to the gate was also excellent.

postscript: we repeated the ride the following day I halved my time on the smugglers flight….mind you i was barely in control at points! then when i got back I made wizz to the gate a segment. Kenny is king and I am queen….
