I decided to break the journey to Haddington with a wee trip up a hill. I wanted to see the view across to Ben Vorlich but as it was so misty I couldn’t see anything. It was a bit of a reminiscing trip that I wasn’t expecting as it is not an area of the highlands i have been too for a long time and I passed loads of places and hills that i had been with Roger and the boys. There ar4e lots of hills to go up in the area though and i thin k i will make this detour a few more times on my ways South. The hill was the 4th mountain day i have had in 6 days and my legs were a bit tired and also it was very steep. But now my Corbett’s and Grahams are equals ha ha
