Rob Roy Way Day One

It started so well. Janet came to mine. We got to the station on time. The train arrived on time but the door to the bike carriage was not working. The guard wouldn’t let us on. So we went into the ticket office and the man there was perplexed. We managed to get on the next train and a change later we were at Glasgow minus Janet’s bag with her tent poles in it. The bag was found at Edinburgh and we continued to Balloch. We were a couple of hours behind schedule but hey ho. Six hours later and some great roads tracks and some interesting single tracks we were at the hostel in Callander. We had fish and chips in Aberfoyle. So at least we had had our tea. The hostel was really nice
