LSCC Wednesday Walk
Carn a’Chaochain 706m (g)
D: 9km El: 441m
This was the first Wednesday walk that I have been on and to be fair they have only just started. Anne Marie and I set of on Tuesday and called at the ledge on the way up. We had a good hours climb and worked quite hard….well i did. It was quite late when we parked up, Anne Marie had made some spag bol for tea which was very nice. The others weren’t coming until about 10:30 so we had a bit of a lie in. This was my first hill for ages 7 weeks in fact, but the biking and swimming had kept up my fitness. It was a nice we hill good views of hill that weren’t really familiar to me. Coming down was a bit hummocky. I collected some wood on the way home and Anne Marie had a breakdown.
