After a lovely family meal in the Old Forge last night we had a slow start before we decided to get some fresh air and walk down to Sandaig Bay. Kenny took his rod and i took my swimmies. What a lovely day we walked round to the next bay on the left I had not been there before it was really beautiful. Sea is still reasonably warm and i had a great tip. Kenny walked round to the point and Joe sunbathed. After my swim we scrambled over the rocks to Kenny where he was catching so so many fish! after a hard walk back over a lumpy top we found it easier scrambling on the rocks. We then walked up to Roli’s path back the the first bay and walked up the road. so nice to be out. We then raced down to the old forge in time to get cheesy chips and meet up with the ferry boys who were intent on getting blottowed. Sea was very rough in the marina when we got back so moved peggy before going up to the west highland hotel for another birthday meal.
