Mountain Days and Photo Nights

Our second day on Lanzarotte, Joe and I headed for our first mountain walk. We drove up to Femes where we parked the car. They are very different mountains here than at home! But an interesting circuit. Up past a goat farm and then a traverse round ……which we nearly went up and later wished we had!  And a fantastic view down to Playa Blanca from the col. We then deviated from the book description to take in the summit of Pico Redondo. And rejoined the walk to go down the ridge and drop down into the valley. Back up and taking in the summit of…….After the walk we enjoyed a coffee at the amazing view point looking down to our villa. A good day topped of with a swim in the sea with Kai and Blair.
