LSCC Meet at Ronnan.

It was a lovely meet full of some of my favourite members. It was the meet to test my groin and hip flexor. first proper hill for ages and I wasn’t sure how it would go. four of us set off on bikes :- Irena, Diana and Hilary. the ride was on a good track and luckily there was a good stalkers path all the way until the going got good. A final steep bit with a little scree. Excellent views I was a little sore on the way down but nothing i thought was doing damage. I was glad to see my bike. I am still a bit achy today, two days later!
