The via ferrata has been extended since book was written and so it went a lot further up the gorge.

We set of from Pregasina A nice walk along a long ridge taking in three tops.
Lake Garda: Day three
We were going to go up the via feratta with all the ladders today but as soon as we set of the weather clagged in and it started raining so we just went for a walk but there were a couple of ladders.
We walked up to the Cap S Barbara and back along path 404A to the Bastione.

Lake Garda: Day Two
We started from our appartment in Pieve and after a coffee we walked down the steep cliff to the lake and the small town of Campione, from there we walked back up the San Michele torrent and up the gorge to Pregassio where we had another coffee some road walking and some nice paths led through the villages of Secastello and Musio and back to Pieve
